Caveat Academic Services

For HR and benefits teams in Arizona

A family benefit your parents will actually use.

Many of your employees have a high school student and a worry about what college will cost. High school students in any state can take real university courses online, starting any day, for a fraction of university tuition. What most families lack is the plan and the weekly follow-through. That is what Caveat provides.

Why it lands with employees

$425in ASU fees for a 3-credit course taken in high school
~$2,250for the same course at an average public university
Weeklyone-on-one support and a Friday report to the parent

The student takes the course and does all of the work. Caveat builds the plan around the student's schedule, checks in every week, and sends the parent a plain report every Friday, so a working parent knows how it is going without having to chase it. Nothing goes on a transcript unless the family chooses, and each college decides which credits it accepts.

Caveat Academic Services offers independent college preparation services and is not affiliated with Arizona State University. Students do all of their own coursework. Each college decides which credits it accepts; Caveat does not promise that credit will transfer. The public-university comparison uses an average of in-state per-credit tuition; your employees' costs will vary.
