For the parent who gets everyone together
A few friends, siblings or co-op classmates take the same online ASU course at the same time, with one advisor keeping the whole group on pace. This page has the steps, an invite you can send, and the math.
A course club is a small group of students who take the same ASU course on the same schedule. Each student does all of their own work and earns their own grade. Once a week the group meets with a Caveat advisor for 60 minutes to look at what's due, work through what's confusing and plan the week ahead. Everyone follows the same pacing calendar, and every family gets its own report on Friday.

Support is $225 per student per course, paid to Caveat. ASU's fees are separate and paid to ASU: $25 to start, and $400 to add the credit only if the family chooses to, with a C or better. Should we add the credit?
Each family pays only for its own student. Schools and co-ops with 8 or more students: $175 per student per course. Every family who enrolls also gets Go One-on-One support for CAP 150, Career Pathways, at no cost; ASU's fees for that course still apply. Arizona ESA families can pay Caveat through ClassWallet.
The club keeps going for everyone else, on the same calendar. If the group gets smaller than three, we will talk through the options with the families who are left, such as staying together or moving to one-on-one support. ASU refunds the $25 if a student unenrolls within 10 days; ask about Caveat's terms on the planning call.
Yes. ASU's online courses have no application and no GPA minimum, so a ninth grader and a senior can take the same course. The weekly session works on the course, and each family's Friday report is about their own student.
Everyone works toward the same weekly checkpoints on the shared pacing calendar. Within a week, each student picks their own hours. A student who wants to work ahead can, as long as the course allows it.
Yes. Each sibling counts as one student in the club and has their own seat, their own ASU enrollment and their own Friday report. A second student in the same family gets 10% off support.
Arizona ESA families can pay Caveat through ClassWallet. Confirm with the ESA program that the expense qualifies before you count on it, and check separately whether it covers ASU's fees.
On a free 30-minute call we'll pick the course and start date together and set up the weekly session time. You don't need every family confirmed first.

Prices as of October 2026. Session dates from ASU's course pages, October 2026; ASU can change them. Caveat Academic Services offers independent college preparation services and is not affiliated with Arizona State University. ASU sets its own fees, dates and policies. Students do all of their own coursework. Each college decides which credits it accepts; Caveat does not promise that credit will transfer.
