Enter what's left in your ESA account for this school year and what else it needs to cover. The planner shows which support plan fits, what stays in the account, and when to submit each ClassWallet request so nothing lands at the end of a quarter.
Support: Caveat is an approved ClassWallet vendor, so support is paid through Direct Pay with an itemized invoice. You never pay out of pocket first.
ASU's own fees ($25 to start each course, $400 only if you add the credit) are paid to ASU. Whether ESA funds can cover them for a current K-12 student is a question for the ESA program; the planner counts them separately, as out of pocket, so the plan holds either way. More on paying with ESA.
Quarterly deadlines: the ESA handbook sets quarterly receipt deadlines. Check the current handbook at azed.gov/esa and submit each request well before the quarter closes.

Caveat prices as of October 2026. This planner is arithmetic, not ESA advice; the ESA program sets its own rules, forms and deadlines. Caveat Academic Services offers independent college preparation services and is not affiliated with Arizona State University or the Arizona Department of Education. Students do all of their own coursework.
