Arizona ESA
Caveat Academic Services is an approved ClassWallet vendor. If your student has an Empowerment Scholarship Account, you can pay for Caveat services through ClassWallet without paying out of pocket first. Here is how it works, step by step.
ESA families pay through ClassWallet Direct Pay, the option ClassWallet calls "pay a vendor." Four steps, and support starts on schedule either way.
Every invoice is itemized so the review goes smoothly. You do not need to write anything yourself.
ASU charges its own fees, paid to ASU: $25 to start a course and $400 to add the credit. Whether ESA funds can cover those fees for a current K-12 student is a question for the ESA program, not for us. The ESA handbook says funds must be spent on K-12 expenses, and we are not in a position to say how that applies to a university course.
Before you count on it, check with the ESA program. Support through ClassWallet does not depend on the answer.
We invoice one package at a time, with the dates of service on it, because that is what the review asks for. If you want to plan several courses ahead, book a free call and we will map out the invoices so each one lands when the support does.
Support starts on schedule anyway. The review happens on the ESA program's timeline, and we do not hold a student's start date for it. The ESA handbook lists quarterly receipt deadlines; check the current handbook for the dates so your request is in before the quarter closes.
No. You select Caveat Academic Services as the vendor inside your own ClassWallet account, so nothing from your ESA account needs to be shared with us. We only need the student's name and the package.
Book a free call or email team@caveatacademic.com with your student's name and the package. The invoice usually follows the same day.
Book a free 20-minute call or ask a question by emailESA details as of October 2026; the ESA program sets its own rules, forms and deadlines, so check the current handbook at azed.gov/esa before relying on anything here. Caveat Academic Services offers independent college preparation services and is not affiliated with Arizona State University or the Arizona Department of Education. Students do all of their own coursework. Each college decides which credits it accepts; Caveat does not promise that credit will transfer.
