Four-year planner
Pick a grade, the colleges in mind, a few interests and a pace. You'll get a term-by-term sketch of real online ASU courses from this spring through senior year, with a running credit count.
A starting sketch
Open the Credit Map to see how UA and NAU have counted each course.
This page is a starting sketch, not advice for any one student. A real plan checks each course against the colleges your student is aiming for, the high school's own rules and the hours they actually have.
Build the Plan, $200: two 60-minute planning sessions, a written multi-year roadmap and a transfer check for up to three colleges. Students do every assignment themselves; Caveat helps the plan hold up.

Outside Arizona?
Students in any state can take the same online university courses at the same price, and Caveat's services cost the same. Arizona's public universities publish how they count each course, so Arizona families get the clearest picture. Elsewhere, each college decides for itself, so how far the credit goes depends on the colleges on the student's list. Caveat checks those colleges before the student enrolls.
Each online ASU course is $25 to start; adding the credit is $400 more, only if the family chooses and the student earns a C or better. Most courses are 3 credits; the lab sciences on this page (BIO 100, BIO 160 and CHM 101) are 4. Spring 2027 sessions start January 12 and March 16, summer sessions begin May 17, 2027, and many courses start any day; later dates are set by ASU. Caveat Academic Services offers independent college preparation services and is not affiliated with Arizona State University. Each college decides which credits it accepts; Caveat does not promise that credit will transfer.
