Which option fits?

Caveat has three support options and three bundles. Five questions point to the one that fits your student this year, with Caveat's cost and ASU's own fees added up so there are no surprises.

Five questions

Nothing is saved or sent anywhere. The free call is where the real plan gets made.

1.Where is the student right now?
2.How many courses in the next 12 months?

One 3-credit course is about 6 hours a week for 8 weeks, or 3 to 4 hours a week over 16. Check the week if you're unsure.

3.How much support does the student want?
4.Who else is taking a course?
5.How will the family pay?

What ASU charges, separately

These go to ASU, never to Caveat: $25 to start each course, $400 to add a course to an official ASU transcript (only with a C or better, and only if the family chooses), and $15 for each official transcript. Arizona students who took the ACT may pay $350 instead of $400 to add the credit. Who qualifies.

Outside Arizona?

Students in any state can take the same online university courses at the same price, and Caveat's services cost the same. Arizona's public universities publish how they count each course, so Arizona families get the clearest picture. Elsewhere, each college decides for itself, so how far the credit goes depends on the colleges on the student's list. Caveat checks those colleges before the student enrolls.

Caveat prices as of October 2026; the pricing page is the current source. ASU sets its own fees and can change them. Caveat Academic Services offers independent college preparation services and is not affiliated with Arizona State University. Students do all of their own coursework. Each college decides which credits it accepts; Caveat does not promise that credit will transfer.
