Seats work on the honor system. Choose the tier by the number of staff at the school. We do not count sign-ins, and we do not store a list of your staff.
If the school grows past its tier during the year, tell us at renewal, or email us and we will sort it out.
Anyone who works at the school and has an email address at the school’s domain: teachers, aides, specialists, counselors and office staff.
A license bought here covers the domain of the person who signs in to buy it, and its subdomains. Email team@caveatacademic.com and we will add the other domain to the same license.
Nothing renews on its own. Thirty days before the license ends, anyone at the school who signs in on this page sees Renew for another year. Renewing adds 12 months to the current end date, so no days are lost.
Yes. Use the quote form and we will send a written quote and an invoice. The license starts when the invoice is paid.
A full refund within 30 days of purchase. Email team@caveatacademic.com from the email you bought with, and the license ends when the refund is made.
Services delivered by a person, such as advisor plans, sessions, reviews and coaching, are not part of either license and stay paid. Gifts for someone else stay paid too.
No. We never ask for student names, records or accounts. Staff sign in with their own school email, and families use the family code.
Prices come back on every page. Studio resources your staff already made stay at their links.
